    Place your cored apple on the center spike of the baker.

    Sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar and apple pie spices over the apple.

    Pour 1/2 cup liquid ( apple cider or ginger ale) into baker

    Place baker into room temp. oven.  Bring oven to 350 degrees and bake until tender.  

    Serve with whipped cream, heavy cream or ice cream.
